Telephonic status hearing previously set for 11/15/23 is stricken and reset to 12/19/23 at 9:30 a.m. If a stipulation to dismiss has been filed in advance of that date no one needs to appear on 12/19/23. Counsel of record will receive an email 30 minutes prior to the start of the telephonic hearing with instructions to join the call. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
