Filing 5 ORDER: By Order of November 14, 2023, the Court directed Plaintiff to either pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee or submit a properly completed in forma pauperis application if he wanted to proceed with this case #3 . Plaintiff was warned that failure to comply by December 8, 2023, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Although there is no returned mail on the docket, Plaintiff was transferred to state custody as of November 16, 2023, and therefore likely did not receive this order. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of this Order, a copy of the November 14, 2023 Order #3 , and a blank in forma pauperis application (prisoner version).
