ORDER: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied, without prejudice. The Court directs Plaintiff either to submit a renewed, properly completed IFP application or pay the full $402.00 statutory filing fee. Failure to comply by January 8, 2024, will result in denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis and summary dismissal of this case.
