ORDER: By order dated November 7, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis because it was incomplete and instructed what he must do to proceed further #5 . He did not comply with the order even though he submitted other documents to the Court. The Court will take no further action in this case unless or until Plaintiff's fee status is resolved. Plaintiff must either (1) pay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00 or (2) submit a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis that complies with the instructions in the November 7, 2023 Order. Failure to fully comply by January 22, 2024, will result in summary dismissal of this case. No further extension will be granted without a showing of good cause. Plaintiff also must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If he does not keep the Court informed of his address, this lawsuit will be subject to dismissal with no further notice. The Court defers consideration of Plaintiff's complaint and motion for attorney representation until after his fee status has been resolved. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of this order along with a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of the November 7, 2023 order #5 .
