However, summonses shall not issue at this time. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed further with this lawsuit, he must show cause, in writing, why this case should not be dismissed for inaccurate representations regarding his litigation history. If Plaintiff does not comply with this order by January 5, 2024, the Court will summarily dismiss this case.
