Fact discovery, including medical fact discovery, is to be completed by 8/1/2024. Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures are to be made by 10/1/2024, and rebuttal Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures are to be made by 11/1/2024. Expert depositions are to be completed by 12/2/2024. The deadline for filing dispositive motions is 2/3/2025.
