The plaintiff seeks "limited immediate discovery in this case for the purpose of determining the full extent to which Defendants have been unfairly competing and breaching their contractual obligations." Concerned about one-sided discovery, the Court authorizes early discovery of matters relevant to the preliminary injunction hearing by all parties. The defendants have agreed that they would not solicit the plaintiff's employees, and the Court orders them not to solicit the plaintiff's employees until the Court rules on the plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. The defendants asked to respond in writing to the plaintiff's motion, and that response is due on or before January 10, 2024.
