ORDER: The Court has reviewed the complaint, in forma pauperis application, and motion for attorney representation #1 , #3 , #4 , in this case. All three are identical copies of Plaintiff's initial submissions that he filed the same day in Brinkley v. Claude, et al., No. 23-cv-15060 (N.D. Ill.). It thus appears to the Court that Plaintiff did not intend to open two cases but rather merely to transmit hard copies of his submissions. The Court therefore administratively terminates this case. Because this case appears to have been opened in error, no filing fee will be imposed in this case. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff. Civil case terminated.
