Filing 4 ORDER signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 12/13/2023. Plaintiff's Complaint #1 is dismissed with prejudice as legally frivolous and as a sanction for the litigation misconduct set forth in this order. Having brought this action, Plaintiff nevertheless remains obligated to pay the full $402.00 filing fee, 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), as well as all outstanding filing fees. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of custody (electronically if possible), who should add this case to the list of Plaintiff's cases with outstanding fees. The trust fund officer is directed to collect the $402.00 filing fee for this case using the mechanism in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). The Court directs the Clerk to enter a final judgment of dismissal and to send copies of this order to Plaintiff and to the Court's Executive Committee.
