Funches is advised that an amended complaint supersedes an original complaint, so allegations included in an original complaint are not carried over to an amended complaint. Because Funches's amended complaint #9 and original complaint #1 contain different allegations, Funches may file a second amended complaint which combines the pertinent allegations of the amended and original complaints, and includes all of the allegations that Funches intends to rely on.
