Filing 5 ORDER: The Court takes Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 under consideration. If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he must (1) explain in writing and under oath why he believes he should be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis; and (2) submit a certified trust fund account statement showing all transactions in his account for the six months preceding the filing of this lawsuit up to the date he responds to this order. Alternatively, he may pay the Court's $402.00 filing fee. Payment may be made by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Failure to fully comply with this order by February 7, 2024, may result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers review of Plaintiff's complaint #1 under 28 U.S.C. 1915A and Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 until after his fee status has been resolved. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis along with a copy of this order and to add Plaintiff's inmate number, 20230415104, to the caption.
