Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Beth W. Jantz: This case has been reassigned to Magistrate Judge Jantz. Defendant shall answer or otherwise plead to Plaintiff's complaint by 3/5/24. Pursuant to Local Rule 8.1(b), the Social Security Administration's filing of the certified administrative record, in and of itself, shall suffice as the agency's answer to the complaint. Within 60 days after the filing of the administrative record, Plaintiff shall file a brief in support of reversing or remanding the decision subject to review.
