David Weisman: This case has been referred to Magistrate Judge Weisman for all discovery motions, discovery supervision (including the authority to set, adjust, and extend all deadlines), and any settlement proceedings. The district court has set the following deadlines: (1) Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures to be provided by 2/27/24; (2) written discovery to be issued by 3/26/24; (3) amendment of pleadings or joinder of other parties by 4/29/24; and (4) fact discovery to be completed by 6/26/24. Initial status hearing scheduled for 2/29/24 at 9:15 a.m. Prior to the status hearing, the Court directs counsel to consult the Court's standing order. Joint status report due on 2/27/24 addressing whether the Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures have been made; whether the parties are interested in a settlement conference; and any other issues the parties wish to raise.
