The district court has set the following deadlines: (1) Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures to be provided by 2/27/24; (2) written discovery to be issued by 3/26/24; (3) amendment of pleadings or joinder of other parties by 4/29/24; and (4) fact discovery to be completed by 6/26/24.
