Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is granted. The government shall file the administrative record on or before 3/19/2024. Plaintiff's brief in support of reversing the final agency decision shall be filed on or before 5/21/2024. Plaintiff's brief must include a section with a recitation of the relevant facts and a separate section identifying the statement of the issues presented in the brief. The statement of issues must set out a numbered list of issues for the court's consideration. The issue statement must also identify with specificity the aspects of the Commissioner's final decision that Plaintiff challenges, along with a concise explanation of why Plaintiff believes the challenged aspects are unsupported by substantial evidence. Failure to comply with these directives may result in waiver. The government's response brief and/or motion for summary judgment is due on or before 7/2/2024. In the argument section of its brief, the government must address each issue that plaintiff identifies in the statement of the issues in plaintiff's brief. The government must also deliver a paper copy of the administrative record to the Court's chambers as soon as possible after the record is filed but no later than 7/2/2024.
