ORDER: Plaintiff's renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #5 is denied without prejudice because it is again incomplete. By April 4, 2024, plaintiff must submit a another renewed IFP application that complies with this order (or pay the full $405 filing fee). If plaintiff fails to comply with this order by that date, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action for failure to comply with a court order and for want of prosecution. The Court defers its review of plaintiff's complaint #1 until plaintiff resolves his fee status. The Clerk is directed to mail plaintiff a copy of this Order and a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis for prisoners. ORDER: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. If plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must either (1) submit a renewed application on the Court's form that is certified by an appropriate official and accompanied by a copy of plaintiff's trust fund statement showing all transactions in his account for the six-month period immediately preceding his initiation of this action; or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $405.00. Failure to comply with this order by February 29, 2024, will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Clerk is directed to mail plaintiff a copy of this Order and a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis for prisoners. The Clerk is further directed to amend the docket to include the plaintiff's inmate identification number and address (taken from the envelope #1 ) in the caption on the docket.
