Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #5 is denied without prejudice because it is again incomplete. By April 4, 2024, plaintiff must submit a another renewed IFP application that complies with this order (or pay the full $405 filing fee). If plaintiff fails to comply with this order by that date, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action for failure to comply with a court order and for want of prosecution. The Court defers its review of plaintiff's complaint #1 until plaintiff resolves his fee status. The Clerk is directed to mail plaintiff a copy of this Order and a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis for prisoners.
