Filing 4 ORDER. The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 for the reasons discussed below. Plaintiff must prepay the full $405.00 filing fee. He also must (1) explain in writing why, he believes, this Court should not impose sanctions, including but not limited to dismissal of this case with prejudice, for fraudulent alteration of the trust fund certificate accompanying his in forma pauperis application; and (2) submit a certified copy of his trust fund account statement showing transactions in his account or accounts from January 23, 2023 (or twelve months before he initiated this lawsuit), to the date he responds to this order. If he was incarcerated at more than one facility during that time, he must obtain a certified trust fund account statement from each facility at which he was incarcerated. Failure to fully comply by April 22, 2024, will result in dismissal of this case. The Court will take no further action in this case until after the issues raised in this order are resolved.
