ORDER: Plaintiff Gamez's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff Gamez wants to pursue this litigation, he must: (1) pay the full statutory filing fee of $405 or submit a renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in accordance with this order; and (2) submit an amended complaint on the Court's form that is brought only on his own behalf. The Clerk is instructed to terminate "Edward Barboza" as a party-plaintiff in this action. If Plaintiff Gamez does not fully comply with this order by 4/26/2024, this case will be summarily dismissed. Plaintiff Gamez must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is released or transferred to another facility. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff Gamez a blank application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, an amended complaint form and instructions, along with a copy of this order.
