Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff, a pretrial detainee confined at the Cook County Jail, initiated this 42 U.S.C. 1983 civil rights action, but neither paid the $405 filing fee upfront, nor submitted a completed in forma pauperis (IFP) application to pay the fee with monthly deductions from his jail trust fund account. His submission of a statement of his account #3 , by itself, does not suffice. See N.D. Ill. Local Rule 3.3(a), (c). By March 8, 2024, Plaintiff must either prepay the $405 filing fee or submit a completed IFP application. His failure to comply will result in summary dismissal of this case without prejudice.
