FRCP 60(c) states that any motion for relief from a final judgment "must be made within a reasonable timeand for reasons (1), (2), and (3) no more than a year after the entry of the judgment or order or the date of the proceeding." The wage garnishment at issue in Case 00-cv-127 was issued in June 2001, nearly 23 years ago. Under no circumstances is this matter timely filed, so the case is dismissed without prejudice.
