ORDER: Plaintiff brings this 42 U.S.C. 1983 action concerning his inability to receive food on trays appropriate for Hebrew Israelites. Plaintiff, however, has neither prepaid the $405 filing fee, nor submitted an in forma pauperis (IFP) application seeking to pay the fee with monthly deductions from his jail trust fund account. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)-(2). On February 21, 2024, the Clerk's Office forwarded notification to Plaintiff to satisfy the filing fee within 15 days, but that notification did not include an IFP form. On its own motion, the Court extends the compliance date to April 10, 2024. If the Court receives neither prepayment of the $405 filing fee or a completed IFP application, this case will be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 3.3(f) (N.D. Ill.).
