| Filing 4 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: Plaintiff Damarques Debronte Enochs initiated this lawsuit without paying the filing fee or seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) requires that all prisoners seeking to bring a federal civil action or appeal pay the full filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b). A prisoner may pay the fee in full in advance or, if qualified to proceed IFP, make installment payments deducted directly from his custodial trust fund account. Thus, if Plaintiff wishes to proceed further with this lawsuit, he has until April 5, 2024, to either (1) file a properly completed and supported application to proceed IFP on the enclosed form, or (2) prepay the $405 filing fee. Failure to comply with this order by the aforementioned date will result in summary dismissal of this case.
