ORDER: Plaintiff Maurice Barnes' application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Dckt. No. #3 ) is denied without prejudice. If he wants to proceed with this case, Barnes must, by May 17, 2024, either (1) pre-pay the $405.00 filing fee or (2) submit a properly completed in forma pauperis application as set forth in this order. Failure to comply with this order will result in summary dismissal of this case. Barnes' motion for attorney representation (Dckt. No. #4 ) is denied without prejudice. The Clerk is directed to send Barnes a copy of this order and a blank in forma pauperis application (prisoner version). The Court takes Barnes' complaint (Dckt.
