| Filing 5 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeremy C. Daniel: The plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is denied without prejudice. The plaintiff indicates that he is presently unemployed and that he earned $600 during the past twelve months from "self-employment, business, or profession." The plaintiff claims that he has debts exceeding $14,000, but did not provide any information concerning the nature of the debts. The plaintiff further claims that he will have to spend money on moving expenses because he has to move from his apartment this month. It is unclear where that money will come from, since the plaintiff has not identified any assets or any sources of income, which leads the Court to question the accuracy of this form. The plaintiff may resubmit the application with additional information to provide a complete and accurate financial picture from which the Court can decide whether to grant his application.
