| Filing 8 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court finds that Plaintiff is unable to pay the fees associated with filing this action and thus the filing fee is waived. The Clerk is directed to docket Plaintiff's complaint #1 . Summons shall not issue at this time, however, as Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is also granted. The Court will assign pro bono counsel for Plaintiff by separate order.
