Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Martha M. Pacold: The court has received defendant's status report #8 . Plaintiff did not comply with the court's order #7 to file a joint status report proposing a briefing schedule on defendant's motion to transfer #6 . Defendant's status report includes email correspondence between the parties regarding the schedule. Going forward, when the court sets a joint status report, plaintiff should cooperate in the filing of a joint status report so that one can be filed as directed by the court's order. However, in light of the email correspondence, the court will set the briefing schedule at 5/10/24 for plaintiff to file a response to defendant's motion to transfer and 5/24/24 for defendant to file a reply.
