ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is denied for lack of a sufficient showing of indigence. By July 31, 2024, Plaintiff must pay the full statutory filing fee of $405.00. If he fails to comply by the July 31, 2024, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff must keep the Court informed about his current address, If he fails to do so his case will be dismissed for failure to comply with a court order and for want of prosecution. Plaintiff's pending motions for attorney representation #5 #7 are denied without prejudice; this case is in its early stages, and all that is required of Plaintiff at this time is that he pay the filing fee. See Pickett v. Chicago Transit Auth., 930 F.3d 869, 871 (7th Cir. 2019) (motions for attorney representation are properly denied when it is too early in the case to determine whether the plaintiff can represent himself adequately). The Court defers its review of Plaintiff's complaint #1 until Plaintiff pays the filing fee. Plaintiff's pending motion for status #8 is denied as unnecessary considering this order.
