| Filing 5 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Steven C. Seeger: Plaintiff Timothy Duane Buss's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Dckt. No. #3 ) is denied. The trust fund statement attached to Plaintiff's application shows that he had $1,392.89 in his account when his application was certified. He therefore had enough money to submit the filing fee along with his complaint and still have ample funds left for discretionary purchases. Plaintiff must prepay the $405.00 filing fee. He may pay by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. He should mail payment to Clerk, United States District Court, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604, attn: Cashier's Desk. Failure to remit the fee by June 21, 2024, may result in dismissal of this case. The Court defers initial review of Plaintiff's complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A, and defers ruling on Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation, until after he has paid the filing fee.
