(presumably the same entity as Worldwide Flight Services, Inc.) is a wholly owned subsidiary of SATS, Ltd., which is traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange; however, the defendant does not state whether any entity owns 5% or more of SATS, Ltd., such that that entity would indirectly own 5% or more of WFS Express, Inc. Under the District Court's Local Rule 3.2 (N.D. Ill.), "'affiliate' is defined as any entity or individual owning, directly or indirectly (through ownership of one or more other entities), 5% or more of a party."
