Filing 8 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $13.93 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send (electronically if possible) a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration and to the Court's Fiscal Department. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A, and finds it is unacceptable. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 without prejudice. Plaintiff must submit an amended complaint that complies with the instructions in the Statement section below. Failure to submit an amended complaint by July 22, 2024, may result in dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff also must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If Plaintiff does not keep the Court informed of his address, this lawsuit will be subject to dismissal with no further notice. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form and instructions along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff's motion for attorney assistance #4 is denied for the reasons contained in this order. Plaintiff's motion to consent to the magistrate judge #5 is denied as premature. If Plaintiff is interested in consenting to the magistrate judge in this case he is free to submit such a request once he has submitted an acceptable complaint that states a federal claim, and a Defendant has appeared and responded to the complaint.
