ORDER: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court waives the initial partial filing fee and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to make monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send (electronically if possible) a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration and to the Court's Fiscal Department. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's complaint #1 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A and finds it is unacceptable. Accordingly, summonses shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim. Failure to submit a proposed amended complaint that comports with this order by August 14, 2024, will result in entry of judgment against Plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of this order and a blank amended complaint form. Plaintiff's motions for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice. See Pickett v. Chicago Transit Auth., 930 F.3d 869, 871 (7th Cir. 2019) (observing that a motion for attorney representation may be filed "so early in the case that it [i]s impossible to tell whether [the plaintiff] could represent himself adequately"). Plaintiff may renew his motion at a later date. Signed by the Honorable Sunil R. Harjani on 7/15/2024. Mailed notice.(jj, )
