| Filing 14 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer: Plaintiff has leave to file an amended complaint to substitute the representative of Mr. Hanlon's estate as party plaintiff in this case. The court thanks counsel for their Report of Planning Meeting #13 and enters the schedule they have proposed, modified in part as follows: Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures shall be made no later than November 6, 2024. Fact discovery will be commenced in time to be completed by June 30, 2025. Reports from retained experts will be exchanged as follows: from Plaintiff by August 15, 2025; from Defendant by September 30, 2025. All discovery will be complete by October 31, 2025. Dispositive motions, if any, shall be filed no later than November 15, 2025, accompanied by a certification that the parties engaged in settlement efforts before such motions were prepared. The court will set dates for submission of the final pretrial order after ruling on any dispositive motions or, if no such motion is filed, in late November 2025.
