However, Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed in its entirety without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff is given leave to amend the complaint within 30 days if they can cure the deficiencies. See Luevano, 722 F.3d at 1025. If not, this case will be terminated. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #5 is stricken without prejudice. Plaintiff has not yet demonstrated that they have a cognizable claim in federal court.
