ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Dkt. 3) is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to (1) deduct and remit $45.22 as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and (2) to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration, to the Court's Fiscal Department, and to Plaintiff. Further action in this matter is deferred until Plaintiff has either complied with this order or shown cause, on or before November 4, 2024, as to why the initial partial payment of the filing fee should not be required.
