ORDER: Plaintiff Gregory Sherman, Jr. brings this pro se civil rights lawsuit, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. Plaintiff's renewed applications for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #5 , #8 are denied for lack of indigence. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must pre-pay the $405.00 filing fee or show good cause in writing why he should not be required to pre-pay the filing fee by November 18, 2024. Any attempt to show good cause why Plaintiff should not be required to pre-pay the filing fee must be accompanied by a copy of Plaintiff's trust fund statement from the closing date of the last statement provided to the Court through the date of his show-cause submission. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this suit for want of prosecution and for failure to comply with a court order.
