The Court adopts the parties' proposed firm fact discovery deadline of 9/11/2026, noting that this deadline is exceptionally generous. The Court does not expect to extend this firm fact discovery deadline and in no case will do so without written motion detailing exceptionally good cause. The parties are also to complete the initial disclosures required by Rule 26(a)(1) by 10/17/2025, as proposed.
