Filing 5
ORDER Signed by the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr on 11/14/2025: By order of Sept. 18, 2025, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed informa pauperis without prejudice and directed him to either pre-pay the $405.00 filing fee or submit a properly completed in forma pauperis application on this Court's required form #4 . The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to take either step by Oct. 31, 2025, would result in summary dismissal of this case. To date, Plaintiff has not complied with the order or otherwise communicated with the Court. The Court therefore dismisses this case without prejudice for failureto fulfill the filing-fee requirement. See Dietz v. Bouldin, 579 U.S. 40, 47 (2016) ("district courts have the inherent authority to manage their dockets and courtrooms with a view toward the efficient and expedient resolution of cases"); Anderson v. Williamson, 748 F. App'x. 710, 711 (7th Cir. 2019) (unpublished) (dismissal without prejudice is appropriate disposition where plaintifffails to satisfy the filing-fee requirement). The Clerk is directed to enter final judgment and send Plaintiff a copy of this order. Mailed notice(air, )
