| Filing 8 ENTERED JUDGMENT: Mailed notice. (jcm) |
| Filing 7 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama: Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. Regardless, the complaint is screened and dismissed as frivolous and for failure to state a plausible claim for relief. "District judges have ample authority to dismiss frivolous or transparently defective suits spontaneously, and thus save everyone time and legal expense." Hoskins v. Poelstra, 320 F.3d 761, 763 (7th Cir. 2003); see also Rowe v. Shake, 196 F.3d 778, 783 (7th Cir. 1999). Plaintiff filed a 197-page complaint naming approximately 806 defendants and alleging numerous conspiracies. The allegations are "incurably frivolous," see Sanchez v. United States, 798 F. App'x 936, 937 (7th Cir. 2020), and amendment would be futile. Enter final judgment. Civil case terminated. Mailed notice. (jcm) |
