| Filing 1 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ORDER: On December 1, 2025, the Clerk was notified that Mr. Samuel Clemmons has been sending numerous emails over the past several months to members of this Court. Mr. Clemmons has no open cases with this court. The Executive Committee finds that Samuel Clemmons's numerous emails to members of this Court are unacceptable, burdensome, and have impeded and caused unnecessary distractions from court operations. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Samuel Clemmons's current email addresses [email protected] any future email address shall be blocked immediately preventing his ability to email court staff. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if any emails are received from Samuel Clemmons's current or future email addresses, copies will be forwarded to the ILN Judicial Security Unit. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT The Clerk shall cause a copy of this order to be sent via electronic correspondence to [email protected], delivery receipt requested.
