The parties report that they are exchanging written discovery and will soon turn to depositions, and that they anticipate filing a joint motion for entry of a protective order. The parties shall review and comply with Judge Jantz's Standing Order for Submitting a Proposed Order, Agreed or Otherwise, for Electronic Entry by the Judge, and Standing Order on Confidentiality or Protective Orders and Filing Material Under Seal, and file any such motion by 6/9/26. The parties shall call in for a status hearing on 8/27/26 at 2:15pm, to discuss the status of discovery and any interest in settlement.
