ORDER: The Clerk is instructed to terminate the April 9, 2026, IFP application #5 as a pending motion. Plaintiff's April 17, 2026, IFP application #6 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $13.27 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the inmate trust account office at Plaintiff's place of incarceration and to the Court's Fiscal Department. Summons, however, shall not issue. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order. Failure to comply by May 18, 2026, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff also must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open.
