For the reasons stated in the Order, the motion to proceed in forma pauperis is denied because the Plaintiff has three qualifying strikes under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). So the Plaintiff cannot proceed in forma pauperis and must pay the full $405 filing fee if he wishes to continue with this lawsuit. The deadline to pay the fee is 04/27/2026. Payments shall be sent to: Clerk, United States District Court, 219 South Dearborn St., Chicago, IL 60604, attn: Cashier's Desk, 20th Floor, and should clearly identify Cullum's name and the number of this case.
