| Filing 6 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey I Cummings: On 5/4/26, the Court entered an order directing plaintiff to either pay the filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis before 5/22/26 and advising that failure to do so would result in dismissal of this case.
