ORDER: For the reasons stated herein, Plaintiff's IFP application #3 is granted. The Clerk is directed to accept and file the Complaint #1 and send a copy of this Order to Plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to issue a summons for service of the Complaint on Defendants (1) Rocket Mortgage, LLC, (2) Nationstar MortgageLLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, and (3) Robertson, Anschutz, and Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC. The United States Marshal's Service is appointed to serve the Defendants. The Court advises Plaintiff that a completed USM-285 form for each Defendant is required to serve each Defendant. The Marshals will not attempt service unless and until the required form is received. Plaintiff must complete and return the three USM-285 forms to the Clerk of Court by June 4, 2026. Plaintiff will not be required to pay a fee to the Marshal's Service for service. The Marshal is authorized to mail a request for waiver service to the Defendants in the manner prescribed by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(d)(2) before attempting personal service. The Clerk is directed to provide three (3) USM-285 forms to Plaintiff along with a copy of this order. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order by June 4, 2026, this case may be dismissed for failure to comply with a court order and failure to prosecute. Signed by the Honorable Mary M.
