ORDER: Plaintiff paid the filing fee associated with this lawsuit. 7 However, the complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff is given until July 13, 2026, to submit an amended complaint that states a viable federal claim against a proper Defendant. Failure to do so by the aforementioned deadline will result in dismissal of this case for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff must promptly notify the Court if his address changes, and his failure to do so may also result in dismissal of this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice. The Clerk is instructed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form, along with a copy of this order. ORDER: Plaintiff's (incomplete) application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied for a lack of a sufficient showing of indigence. Plaintiff is ordered to pay the $405 filing fee by no later than May 22, 2026. If he fails to do so, the case will be summarily dismissed. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution.
