Plaintiff brings this action against a Defendant LLC but pleads the Defendants citizenship as if it were a corporation, which is inadequate to establish diversity jurisdiction. City of E. Netflix, Inc., 83 F.4th 1066, 1070 (7th Cir. 2023) ("Several of the defendants are limited liability companies, and the citizenship of an LLC is the citizenship of each membertraced through as many levels as necessary until reaching a natural person or a corporation.") Further, the Court is unsure of Plaintiff's corporate form and is unable to determine its citizenship from the complaint.
