Perry: On 5/28/2026, the Court denied Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. #6 The Court further instructed Plaintiff that Plaintiff must submit an amended IFP form by 6/11/2026, or the case would be subject to dismissal. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee in this case, and has not timely submitted any amended IFP application. | Filing 6 MINUTE entry before the Honorable April M. Perry: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") #3 is denied as incomplete. Plaintiff reports having no income or assets and no debts or financial obligations, providing no explanation for how rent, food, or other necessary daily expenses are being paid. Simply put: no one goes through life spending no money. For example, Plaintiff states in the complaint that Plaintiff receives SNAP benefits. Doc. 1 at 8. That should have been reported on the IFP Application, Question 2, under "Unemployment, public assistance, or welfare." Plaintiff must provide a complete and accurate application that allows the Court to assess Plaintiff's financial affairs if Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit. The complete and accurate amended IFP form must be filed by 6/11/2026 or this case is subject to dismissal.
