However, citizenship is what matters for diversity jurisdiction purposes, Meyerson v. Harrah's East Chicago Casino, 229 F. 3d 616, 617 (7th Cir. 2002). Plaintiff has alleged defendants' residence rather than their citizenship and they are not synonyms. Id.
