April 15, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 121 ORDER: This matter comes before the court on a report and recommendation ("R&R") #120 from the magistrate judge recommending dismissal of this matter with prejudice. The magistrate judge reports that, at the March 31, 2015 status hearing on this case, plaintiffs' counsel made an oral representation that the case had settled and all proceeds had been received under the settlement, therefore the magistrate judge recommends dismissing the case with prejudice. Neither party has offered any objection to the R&R. Accordingly, there being no written objection to the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge, see 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b); Thomas v. Arn, 474 U.S. 140, 149-50 (1985) and the court having reviewed the R&R, the court accepts the R&R #120 and dismisses the case with prejudice. This case is closed.
