Filing 4 WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Frederick J. Kapala on 11/5/2012: Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis 3 is granted. The trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement is authorized to make deductions from P laintiff's trust fund account in accordance with this order. The Clerk shall mail a copy of this order to the inmate trust fund officer at the Winnebago County Jail. Plaintiff's claims challenging his state criminal proceedings are dismisse d without prejudice to the extent he is pursuing these claims in his federal petition for habeas corpus relief. His claims of deliberate indifference to his medical needs at the Winnebago County Jail are dismissed without prejudice to Plaintiff asserting these claims in a separate suit. The dismissal of this case does not count as one of Plaintiff's three allotted dismissals under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). This case is closed.
