MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order. Defendants' motion for summary judgment 148 is granted in part and denied in part. Claims of deliberate indifference are dismissed as against Dr. Garcia and Wexford, but claims against Dr. Dominguez and Dr. Wahl s urvive this motion. Plaintiff's malpractice claims are dismissed without prejudice to renewal if he promptly supplements the record. The parties are encouraged to discuss settlement. A telephone status conference is set for January 30, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. Parties are directed to call this court's chambers' number on the date of the status conference.
